PERSONAL POLICY


Suplacon attaches great value to an open and modern company culture.
This is shown by the following activities:

  • Every three months the entire staff are informed about the development of the commercial activities and the performance of the company in the field of quality, productivity and delivery reliability.
  • Every month a newsletter is produced which keeps staff members up to date on matters concerning important developments within and outside the company.
  • All employees are interviewed annually. During this interview the functioning, the training requirements and improvement proposals of the employee are discussed.
  • In 2002, we were the first FME company in Flevoland to receive Iip certification. IiP (Investment in People) is a certificate for a good personnel policy and ensures that our company climate can develop further in a positive way.


TRAINING


  • a CTP (company training plan) is drawn up annually.
  • In certain cases the CTP transforms itself into a PDP (Personal Development Plan)
  • Suplacon has a successful history concerning the training of new employees. Four recognized practical instructors work in our company within the framework of BBL (Accompanied Professional Learning). During the past three years 5 employees have passed the exam.
  • For the BBL programme we cooperate with the Deltion College in Zwolle, ROC Friese Poort in Emmeloord and the Zuyderzee College in Emmeloord.
